  1. This order form says both US or Canada (click on Choose) but it wouldn't let me put in a Canadian Postal Code in the Zip Code line, nor would it let me leave it blank.

So I tried putting in 11111 as the Zip Code, and putting my Postal Code on the same line as my Province. But then it said the State didn't match the Zip Code.

So I put my City, Province and Postal code on the City line, and put CA as the State and 90210 as the Zip Code - and it accepted it. Now to see if it arrives!
