🎁 Weird Wednesday: 5 “Stackable Freebies” Tricks That Let You Double (or Triple!) the Savings

Everyone knows about using coupons and grabbing free samples — but stacking your freebies is next-level. These are the creative combos that let you claim multiple offers on the same item or experience. The best part? Most people don’t even realize it’s allowed!

All five are in the comments — and you’ll definitely want to save these for your next shopping trip 👇

💬 Tip #1

Combine free samples with cashback apps.
When a brand sends a free product sample, most cashback apps still recognize the purchase if you upload your receipt. That means you can score cash back on something you technically didn’t pay for. It’s a sneaky way to turn a freebie into an even bigger win.

💬 Tip #2

Use “free with purchase” deals on top of manufacturer coupons.
Some stores allow you to combine a manufacturer coupon with a “free gift with purchase” promo. For example, if you have a $3 off coupon and the brand is giving away a bonus item, you’re stacking a discount and a freebie at once. Always check your store’s coupon policy — you might be surprised how often it’s allowed.

💬 Tip #3

Stack loyalty rewards with birthday freebies.
If your birthday month lines up with a loyalty reward period, cash both in together. Many stores send birthday freebies (like a free drink, snack, or product) while also issuing points or credits. Combining the two turns a simple reward into a full-blown mini haul — completely free.

💬 Tip #4

Sign up for overlapping free trials.
Some subscription services offer new-user trials through both their site and a third-party platform (like Apple or Amazon). If you cancel the first before it ends, you can often activate the second one later — doubling your free trial time. It’s totally legal, as long as you don’t run both at once.

💬 Tip #5

Always check Frugal Freebies before you shop.
I share daily freebies, stacked offers, and promo combos that save you even more. Sometimes a free sample, cashback deal, and coupon can all line up perfectly — and I make sure you don’t miss them.

💬 Tip #6
