Even if you think you will never use this, you should sign up for this freebie. I got one of these the last time they offered it, but it seemed kind of weird, so I just put it on the shelf and forgot about it.
But a few nights ago, my hay fever kicked in and my sinuses were so clogged that my face hurt! I remembered the free Neti Pot, hunted around for it and tried it out.
I thought it would hurt, but the warm water was actually soothing and no, I didn't feel like I was drowning - which was my biggest fear. And I felt much better - so get yourself one for the next time you are sick!

Be cautious about where you give out your personal information. Don't provide any more information than you are comfortable with. Personally, I never give out my exact date of birth (you can change the month or date) or telephone number. (555 is a handy area code) Some go as far as getting a P.O. Box for their freebies.
