Free Dental VisitOn Saturday February 11, 2012 Registered Dental Hygienists all across Canada will open their hearts and clinics to provide oral health care to the public who may be financially unable to receive dental hygiene care or who have difficulty accessing dental hygiene treatment; at no cost.

Throughout the provinces of Canada there are numerous Dental Hygienists opening their doors for this special one day event!

(Canada only)

TIPS from Ciel:

Self-initiated Dental Hygienists can run their own dental hygiene clinic for certain oral care activities. They offer this cleaning in February and some do it again in October. Keep eyes on your community paper for such notices.

Universities with dental schools offer low-cost clinics but you have to be able to commit to appointments, have the time to let dental hygiene students and dental students work on you or family--dental hygienists students usually need some clients to return throughout their clinic term as it is an essential part of skill development/marks.

If anyone in Ontario has dependents under 18yr of age, there are free dental clinics that are accessed through listed dentists via your community's public health unit - CINOT is known by another name now. Free in that limited services like extractions, oral care etc. are done. You don't get free root canals or orthodontics.

NOTE - If any of the above links are not working or the freebies or coupons no longer available, please post a blog comment below and I'll edit it!

QUICK FREEBIE TIP:
It's a great idea to note the date you request a freebie. Most samples arrive 6-8 weeks after you've asked for them, unless it says otherwise on the confirmation page.
