Using hands-on learning activities and instruction from military and civilian pilots, trainees gain an understanding of the basics of aerodynamics, flight physiology, and wilderness survival

SPACE CAMP® trainees engage in simulated astronaut training to learn leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making. Trainees experience living and working in space using simulators like the 1/6th gravity chair, participate in hands-on activities such as building and launching rockets or designing robots in the lab, and conduct science experiments on the International Space Station.
