I can't confirm this one because it's only for US but there is an easy 204 sbs on Tapjoy - It's Time to Save on Life Insurance. It just asks for basic info and credits instantly after clicking on one of the providers. However, you do have to put in your real info, and an agent will likely call you to discuss a quote.

There is a video for 2 SBs on TrialPay. These videos are usually only for US, but occasionally there are videos for Canadians. Make sure you watch the videos on Gambit, Trialpay, Gwallet, etc. Watch them, refresh your browser, then watch them again. Repeat these steps until the video disappears.
