This month-by-month 32 page (4" x 6 1/2") planner provides links to patient fact sheets on getting enough calcium and vitamin D, evaluating osteoporosis risk, preventing falls, and bone health for kids.
Other topics include exercise, oral health, and talking to your health care provider about osteoporosis. A list of NIH and other government agencies is included for more information, in addition to two charts on calcium requirements and high-calcium foods.
