    This is for TXU customers only. You have to type in your account number on your utility bill.

    Where do you have to do that? I filled it out and there was no spot for it?

    I did this a while ago and didn't have to enter any TXU code or anything...they just gave me the bulbs, I'm using one right now actually :D
