First sign up to Ebates.com and you will receive $5.00 just for signing up. I signed up, took about 2 seconds, and now my account shows I earned $5.00. That was easy!
Once signed up and logged in, type in "restaurant.com" in the search bar on the upper left, where it says "stores and products".

I went through Ebates and got the $5, but the $1 on Restaurant.com was not deducted from the $5 nor did I get the 15%. But a $25 giftcard for $1 is a great deal. Thanks
