Coupon Bargains - $78.71 in Coupon Savings Coupon bargain shopping time! This time I had several gift cards to use - one $30 card from Zellers, thanks to my HBC Reward points. Then two more - one $10 and one $5 - from when my husband signed up for the Sunday Sun newspaper, and they gave us the gift cards in thanks. Plus one $10 gift card as a promotional gift from our local shopping mall.

Here's what I bought at Zellers:
Hanging plant - reg. $9.99 - on sale for $7.97
Cotton pillowcases, 2pk - reg. $9.99 - on sale for $7.97
Digital weigh scale - $32.97
Sub-total - $48.91
Tax - $6.36
Total - 55.27
Gift Cards - $55.00
Out-of-pocket cost - $0.27!!

Next I went to the grocery store and bought:
Oasis juice - reg. $2.49 - on sale for $1.49 - coupon: $0.75 off
Garnier Fructis shampoo - 2 @ reg. $3.99 each - on sale for 2/$3.99 - coupon: $2.00 off
Nestle baby cereal - $3.99 - coupon: free product
Nesquik 3pk milk boxes - 2 @ reg. $3.29 each - on sale for 2/$5.00 - coupon: $0.50 off (x2)
Pillsbury Cresent Rolls - $1.99 - coupon: $1.00 off
Green Works Wipes - 3 @ $3.99 - coupon: free product (x3)
Hamburger Helper - 3 @ $2.69 - on sale for 3/$5.00
Green Giant frozen vegetable - $2.99 - coupon: buy 3 Hamburger Helper, get Green Giant frozen vegetable for free.
Total value: $46.06
Sale Total: $36.42
Coupons: $23.71
Out-of-pocket cost: $12.71!
