Chris decided to try something different for last weekend’s family gathering—his first attempt at cooking a turkey outdoors. The idea of frying it without oil had him intrigued (and slightly nervous), but the results were a pleasant surprise.While the turkey cooked, Chris kept busy chatting with his guests and joking about how he’d probably burn something. Instead, the bird came out perfectly cooked, with crispy skin and tender meat that had everyone asking for seconds. Best part?
