What I received in the mail today - Sept 18/08
On Sept 9th, I went to Brandsaver.ca and checked off the coupons I wanted.
You can choose from $120. in coupons from the Proctor & Gamble family of brands.
Coupons come from Save.ca.
Today I received coupons for Pampers diapers ($3), Pampers Kandoo ($1), Pampers Easy Ups ($3), Pampers UnderJams ($3), Pampers Wipes ($1), Panteen Pro-V ($2), Puff tissues ($0.50), Secret deodorant ($0.50), Tide-to-Go ($0.50), Puffs tissue (free w/purchase of Vicks), Duracell NiMh charger ($5), Folgers coffee ($0.50), Gillette Fusion razor ($5), Gillette Fusion Hydrogel ($1), Gillette 2in1 Body wash ($1), Head and Shoulders ($1), Ivory body wash ($0.75), Mr. Clean Magic Eraser ($1), Crest Toothpaste ($0.50) and Duracell Coppertop batteries ($2).

Be cautious about where you give out your personal information. Don't provide any more information than you are comfortable with. Personally, I never give out my exact date of birth (you can change the month or date) or telephone number. (555 is a handy area code) Some go as far as getting a P.O. Box for their freebies.
