NEW CODE for 7 Swagbucks:There is a message about a code in the Toolbar!
Code expires at 5:00 PM PT ( that's 8:00 PM ET)
So up to the toolbar I go to check it out.I click on the part of the toolbar that says
"From TSG [0]" -
when there is a message it changes to "From TSG [1]"
If it seems like there is nothing there, click on the red box next to it, and you should find your message inside.If you still don't see it, click on an old message, and then click on the red word «NEWER
If not, try refreshing the toolbar. Click on the tiny upside-down triangle next to the SwagBucks logo.
In the drop-down menu, you will see Refresh Toolbar, click that.
If that doesn't work, on the part of the toolbar that says "From TSG [0]" - then click on the two green arrows at the bottom left to refresh your messages.
More ideas? Clear your cookies, close your browser and reopen it.If you can see the message "The sun is setting..." but there is no code showing - any other time you show check any Ad blocking software you might be using, or activate your Java - it may be blocking the code.

Remember that the code is sometimes dynamic - which means it changes every 15 seconds. So it helps to have two browser tabs open, one for the code and one for the Gimme box. Then just copy n paste, making sure there are no spaces before or after the code, sometimes the cursor adds them. If it still doesn't work, refresh the code and try again.

Remember that sometimes the code is dynamic - which means it changes every 15 seconds. So it helps to have two browser tabs open, one for the code and one for the Gimme box. Then just copy n paste, making sure there are no spaces before or after the code, sometimes the cursor adds them. If it still doesn't work, refresh the code and try again.

Make Your Own Head Day- A day to be an Artist of yourself and make your own head. It is a very popular thing to do in grade schools, and art classes. Use any medium you can think of. Just be creative using clay, paper mache, oil paints or any other item you can be creative with. How about trying to draw or sketch your head. You can make a picture with charcoals, colored pencils or crayons. Make your own head day can also be for contemplating on the "you" and being a better person for it. In order to do that you have to look at yourself.
National French Toast Day
- celebrates a very popular breakfast called "French Toast." So on this special day remember to celebrate it by serving your favorite style of french toast for your family. Dubbed "poor knights of Windsor" by the Brits, French toast originated in Europe during the Medieval times. As a way of making use of "pain perdu" (or "lost bread," as it's called in France), cooks discovered they could add moisture to hardened bread by dipping it in a sweetened egg-milk mixture.
It's Letter Writing Day
- When was the last time you wrote a letter - not an email, not an IM - but a letter that you fold up, put inside an envelope, add on a stamp and drop it in a mailbox? It is becoming a lost art!
Red Planet Day
- honors our celestial neighbor, the fourth planet in the solar system. take a few minutes to look upwards into the sky, and gaze at our neighbor. Hopefully, you will have a cloudless night sky for viewing. You can also recognize this day by reading up about Mars, and viewing pictures of it. Red Planet Day commemorates the launch of the Spacecraft Mariner 4 on November 28,1964.
Maize Day
- set aside for people to appreciate Maize and learn just what part it played in our food history. Did you know that many crops first domesticated by indigenous Americans (Native American Indians) are now produced and/or used globally. Largest among these is maize or "corn", arguably the most important crop in the world!
Advent
- a season observed in many Western Christian churches, a time of expectant waiting and preparation for the celebration of the Nativity of Jesus at Christmas. It is the beginning of the Western liturgical year and commences on Advent Sunday, called Levavi. Advent includes the four Sundays before Christmas, Nov 28, Dec 5, Dec 12 and Dec 19 in 2010.
Skywriting Birthday 1922
- The sight is almost magical -- a tiny airplane writing gigantic messages across the sky. This is skywriting. It began in England in 1922 when a British war ace skywrote the worlds first aerial message. Captain Allen J. Cameron, an American pilot, brought the art to the United States in the autumn of 1922 and wrote "Hello U.S.A." over New York City.
Space Milestone: Mariner 4 (US)
- commemorates the launch of the United States Spacecraft Mariner 4 on November 28,1964. The 228 day mission of Mariner 4 brought the spacecraft within 6,118 miles of Mars on July 14, 1965. The Mariner Four was the first successful mission to Mars.
Netherlands: Midwinter Horn Blowing
- Midwinter horn blowing, folkloric custom of announcing the birth of Christ, begins with Advent and continues until Epiphany (Jan 6) of the following year.

How did I do it?
For this particular trip I printed off three $5.00 off PetSmart coupons (you have to be a PetPerks member), and already had three Pet Perks cards, and when I signed up to the Halo newsletter, they sent me a link to print out a coupon for two free cans of their dog food per coupon. I saved the link and print out a few coupons whenever we go to Petsmart. Yesterday I printed off three coupons.
Then Save.ca often have coupons for Beneful food wet dog food, recently there were two - get a free one, and buy one get one free.
For the Kozy Shack pudding, the coupon was on the packaging of a previous package I had bought.
I took my son and my husband with me to buy them, and handed out the coupons and PetPerks cards.
