Fields Coupon Policy:

Fields is a brand of Canadian discount stores owned by Hudson's Bay Company, with 165 locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Yukon, and Northwest Territories.

Fields accepts the following types of coupons, if they meet the requirements listed below:
• Manufacturers’ pre-printed coupons
• Coupons from Fields’ flyer, website (www.fields.ca), e-mail blasts and in-store coupons
• Internet coupons from Canadian Manufacturers

We are unable to accept:
• Competitors’ coupons
• Photocopies or scans of pre-printed manufacturers’ coupons
• Coupons that do not meet the requirements listed below

All manufacturers’ pre-printed coupons must:
• Be presented at time of purchase
• Be for an item the store carries
• Be an exact match to the item purchased (size, quantity, brand, style, etc.)
• Be from Canadian-based companies
• Have a valid, Canadian remittance address
• Have a valid expiry date and not be expired
• Have a scannable bar code
• Have “Manufacturer Coupon” and all terms and conditions clearly printed
• Not be tampered with or altered

All internet coupons must:
• Comply with all Manufacturers’ coupon requirement above, except that they may be printed, in black & white or colour, on a home printer
• Be legible and clearly not tampered with
• Require a purchase (no free product without purchase)

Coupon use:
• Fields will abide by any restrictions or limitations printed on any offer (Manufacturer’s coupon, in-store coupon, internet coupon, etc.)
• Subject to the restriction above, for any type of coupon (e.g. manufacturer’s coupon, Fields flyer coupon), you may use only one coupon per item purchased. You may use an unlimited number of valid coupons in a transaction, as long as you purchase sufficient items. For example, you may use only one manufacturer’s coupon on a box of detergent, but you may use 10 manufacturer’s coupons on 10 boxes.
• You may “stack” coupons, or use multiple types of offers on a single item. For example, you may combine a manufacturer’s coupon with an in in-store coupon and a flyer coupon on the same item. Stacking is permitted as long as it does not violate any printed restrictions on any of the offers. All coupons must comply with the requirements above.
• Limit 1 Fields’ web sign up coupon per customer lifetime
• There is no sales tax on any free merchandise
• Coupons have no cash value. They may be used to reduce the price on an item to no less than zero. In the case where an offer, or multiple offers, has a higher value than the cost of the product, Fields will not refund the difference in cash or product.

Subject to the restrictions above, there is no restriction on the total number, or value, of coupons you may use in a single transaction.

Price Match Policy:
If you find a lower current price on an identical advertised item, bring in the ad and we’ll gladly match it.
• The items must be identical in all ways
• We must carry any item included in the offer

Food Maxx Coupon Policy

♦ Food Maxx price matches all ads except those stores that have cards. They do not price match Vons/Safeway ads. However, store manager's policies vary, so it wouldn't hurt to ask.
♦ Food Maxx accepts competitor coupons. The official policy is to accept them, but it is up to the manager.
♦ When matching prices you must have the print ad with you.
♦ Price matches must match the item exactly. This means the brand, size and everything else about the advertised price must be the same. Store brand items can not be price matched.

As for coupons:
♦ They accept all manufacturers coupons
♦ They accept competitor coupons as long as they don’t require a card to use them (Vons/Safeway)
♦ They accept store coupons from their ads.
♦ You can combine coupons - one store and one manufacturers coupon for each item
♦ They have no club cards, no ecoupons can be used.
♦ They have catalina machines there, so they accept those coupons.

♦ You must have a minimum of $25 in groceries and pharmacy items before coupons are scanned in order for them to be doubled.
♦ At Kmart, if an item is $3.00, and you have a $2.00 off coupon, it will take off $2.00, not $3.00. Kmart won’t give you overage.

Trader Joe Coupon Policy Updated October/10

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, and we do truly appreciate your interest in our stores and product.

In response, we wanted to share with you that we do currently accept manufacturer coupons for any branded products that we currently sell in our stores.

However, we do not offer any sort of coupons or discounts for our private-label products (or those produced or packaged specifically for Trader Joe’s, or with the Trader Joe’s label) in our stores.

Our reasoning for this is that we, unlike many other larger grocery stores, already work
really, really hard to keep our prices as low as possible without artificially high profit margins.

We recommend that you simply stop by and see your store Captain or First Mate for any questions you may have in this regard, perhaps the next time you are planning to shop with us.

We do truly hope you understand our approach, and we thank you for shopping with us at Trader Joe’s.

Winn-Dixie's Coupon Policies

• To get the best deals, sale prices and to get and use store coupons, you need a Winn-Dixie Reward Card. Reward Cards are free, you can apply online and they will mail it to you.

• If you are pregnant or have a child under two, sign up for their Baby Club. You can sign up online, but you must have received your Reward Card first. Being a Baby Club member gets you special discounts and even more coupons.

• The registers at Winn-Dixie print Catalina coupons. Most are manufacturer coupons.

• The registers also print out $/$$ coupons. Such as, get $10.00 off a $50.00 purchase. These should print out once each week you shop with your reward card. But you cannot use it until the following week. Only one of these can be used per purchase.
However, when you get $10.00 with your 200 Baby Club points, it is treated like cash and gives you $10.00 off any purchase exceeding $10.00.

COUPON TIP: Give the cashier your $/$$ coupon FIRST to ring through, before giving all other coupons. Next, give any Baby Club Rewards.
If your other coupons make your total lower than the amount to qualify for the $/$$ coupon, you wouldn't be able use it. But if your order is over $50 in products, and you use your $/$$ coupon first, then your remaining coupons could easily bring your total to $20 or even better!

• Winn-Dixie doubles all manufacturer coupons up to 50c everyday! Except in Florida, parts of Louisiana and some coastal Alabama stores.

• Buy one, get one free (BOGO) sale items ring up like this: First item rings up full price, second item rings up free. If you only buy one of the items it will ring up full price, not half price. You have to buy BOTH items to take advantage of the deal.

• You can use coupons on Buy One Get One free (BOGO) items. As an example, if a product is on sale for Buy One Get One Free and you have two $1.00 off coupons for that product, you can use both coupons. Your store may vary on this.

• Overage is generally allowed. If you buy a product for $1.95, but have a coupon for $2.00 - they will take $2.00 off your bill. They will not give you back money, but it can be applied to another item in your order.

• Winn Dixie does not ad match or take competitor's (other store's) coupons.

♦ Only one checkout coupon may be used at a time on an item.
♦ There is no limit on the number of check stand coupons that read "$1.00 off your next shopping order" or works to that effect, that can be used per order (not to exceed total grocery bill).

CVS Coupon Policy

Thank you for contacting CVS/pharmacy. Your e-mail has reached the Customer Relations Department. We appreciate the time you took to contact us with your inquiry. Our coupon policy is not available on our Web site. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

Our registers are set to allow 1 CVS coupon and 1 manufacturer coupon per item. Free coupons or “offers at the register” (OAR’s) are unearned and issued to you as a valued member of the CVS/pharmacy ExtraCare program. These coupons take the form of “open ended” coupons such as $3 off $15 or a certain dollar amount off a specific item. In any given transaction our registers will allow only one “open ended” coupon per transaction. CVS Extra Buck coupons are earned when you make a qualifying purchase. These print out instantly at the register upon reaching the threshold for the offer. You can use more than one Extra Buck coupon provided the purchase threshold has been met for each offer amount on a per-transaction basis.

In the case where a particular item is on sale for “buy one get one free” (BOGO), you are only allowed to use one manufacturer’s BOGO coupon. For instance, if Revlon lipstick is on sale for BOGO, you can use one manufacturer’s BOGO coupon. You would get both items free and pay any applicable tax. We reserve the right to limit quantities after the first purchase. If our store is running a sale for BOGO, you can use two manufacturer’s coupons for a specific dollar amount off. For example, if Revlon lipstick is on sale at our store for BOGO, you can use two $1.00 off Revlon lipstick manufacturer coupons.

CVS/pharmacy does accept manufacturers’ coupons that have been obtained from manufacturer sponsored and/or authorized Web sites. The coupon should be complete and contain a bar code that can be scanned at the register. If the coupon does not scan, the cashier should politely inform you that we cannot accept your coupon. We do not allow manual overrides at the register for coupons printed from the Internet. CVS/pharmacy will not accept offers printed from unauthorized Internet postings or reproductions, copies, or facsimiles.

We do not accept competitors’ coupons for front store items. We feel that our sales and ExtraCare program are comparable if not better than any sales or coupons offered by our competitors. We also do not accept any expired coupons, CVS or otherwise. We do not “double” or “triple” coupons.

Cub Foods Coupon Policy Updated March/11

Cub Foods promotes a coupon friendly shopping experience and encourages customers to participate in store, manufacturer and internet coupon usage. The following policy guidelines are current, but Cub Foods may change this policy at any time and policy changes may not be advertised. Coupon redemptions are subject to the policy in effect at the time of redemption. The current policy information can be discussed with individual store management but is not posted in each store.

General Coupon Acceptance Guidelines
• Coupons are accepted in accordance to the stated requirements on the coupon at the time of purchase. These requirements include, but are not limited to: product type, flavor(s), size(s), quantities and minimum/maximum dollar purchase limits.

• Coupons are intended for one time use and cannot be redeemed more than once.
• Coupons have no cash value.
• Cub Foods only accepts original coupons and does not accept photocopied or reproduced coupons (including multiple prints of same series internet coupons).
• Cub Foods will accept expired coupons up to 90 days past the printed expiration date. (subject to manufacturer guarantee of payment) Printed expiration dates are verified in addition to scanning the coupon for validity.
• Coupons stating “on next/future purchase or visit” cannot be used in the transaction in which they are generated. Next purchase is defined as a separate transaction.
• The coupon redemption value on ‘Free’ coupons may not exceed the value of the item.
• Cub Foods will accept ONE manufacturer coupon and ONE store coupon on the same qualifying item.
• Cub Foods does not accept competitor coupons (Coupons generated by any competitor with competitor logo are considered competitor coupons.) with the exception of Catalina Marketing coupons.
• All applicable sales taxes are paid by the customer at the full value of the item.
• Cub foods reserves the right to refuse any coupons at its discretion.
Manufacturer Coupons
• Coupons issued by manufacturers contain redemption guidelines including, but not limited to: “terms of agreement”, “face value”, “expiration date” and the verbiage “manufacturer coupon”. Cub Foods adheres to all manufacturer redemption guidelines.
• Cub Foods may issue private promotion “manufacturer coupons” in advertisements that state “redeemable only at Cub Foods” in which Cub Foods is the only retailer that will accept.
• Coupons that exceed the retail value of an item will be adjusted to provide the maximum value, not exceeding the price of the item

• Cub Foods accepts internet generated manufacturer coupons that have the following conditions:
• Coupons must scan at checkout.
• Coupons must have serial numbers and follow an industry-standard format.
• Coupons must clearly indicate that they are a manufacturer coupon and have a valid manufacture address on the printed coupon.

• Cub Foods does not accept internet generated manufacturer coupons that have the following conditions:
• FREE product without a required purchase.
• A redemption value that exceeds $5.00.
• The absence of a clear and scannable UPC bar code.
• The absence of a valid manufacturer address on the printed coupon.

Store Coupons
• Rain checks for store coupons will be given out as long as the store coupon does not state on it “while supplies last”.
• Coupons issued by Cub Foods contain redemption guidelines including, but not limited to: “terms of agreement”, “face value”, “expiration date” and the verbiage “store coupon”.
• Cub Foods offers store coupons in various forms of media including, but not limited to, print, electronic, newspaper, direct mailers, kiosks and Company websites.
• Cub Foods may issue “store coupons” in advertisements that state “redeemable only at Cub Foods” in which Cub Foods is the only retailer that will accept.
• Store coupons may require that the discount applies only with Preferred/Loyalty/Rewards Card use.
• Competitors’ store coupons (those designated for use at other retailers) cannot be redeemed

Catalina Coupons
Catalina is a third party vendor who partners with Cub Foods and product manufacturers to deliver manufacturer and store coupons to consumers based on purchases. Catalina coupons are printed directly at the lane and may only be used for a future purchase.

Internet Coupons
Cub Foods accepts internet generated coupons. Coupons printed directly from an internet website and presented for redemption with a qualifying purchase. Check internet coupons closely, as they can often be fraudulent. Internet Coupons could be in the form of a Cub Foods Store Coupon or Manufacturer sponsored coupon. The following conditions apply:
• DO NOT accept internet coupons for free product offers which do not require a qualifying purchase (“Buy one get one free” is allowable)
• DO NOT accept internet coupons with a redemption value greater than FIVE ($5) dollars
• DO NOT accept internet coupons that lack a UPC barcode
• DO NOT accept photocopied internet coupons

Additional Coupon Information
• We will accept competitor Catalina manufacturer coupons
• We will accept competitor in-ad manufacturer coupons
• Coupons are intended for one time use and cannot be used more than once
• Coupon deductions may not exceed the amount of purchase
• Photocopied manufacturer coupons will not be accepted
• Some coupons include verbiage limiting quantities or the number of purchases per customer
• Rebate offers may often resemble coupons, but cannot be accepted as an in-store discount at the time of purchase. Consumers are expected to complete a rebate offer by submitting the requested information through the mail
• Consumers are responsible for sales tax on the discounted amounts

General Policies

Roundy’s general coupon policies are as follows:

Internet printed coupons. Coupons printed from the internet must be legitimate, printed in color or black and white and have the following:

• “Manufacturer coupon” printed on coupon
• Bar-scan code
• Current expiration date
• Website where printed from must be on coupon

Manufacturer’s coupons for purchased products only. Manufacturer’s coupons will only be accepted for purchased products. Items received for free through store promotions (“meal deal” or “buy one, get one free”) are not considered purchased products; therefore, manufacturer’s coupons can not be used for these products.

Maximum value of coupons. Coupons are accepted only for products of equal or greater value; they do not give cash back on coupons. Sales tax is paid by the customer at full retail.

Free product coupons. Free or “buy one, get one free” product coupons printed from the internet will not be accepted at Roundy’s stores; free or “buy one, get one free” product coupons from the newspaper will be accepted.

Maximum value of internet printed coupons. There is no limit on the value of an internet printed coupon.

Stacking store coupons with manufacturer-issued coupons. A store coupon can be redeemed with a manufacturer’s coupon for the same item.

Doubled Coupon Policies

Roundy’s stores doubles coupons (a “doubled coupon” means that a $1 off coupon is equal to $2 off):

Weekly. Every Wednesday – even when it is not explicitly advertised in the paper. Right now, through July 31, 2010, Rainbow Foods stores are also doubling coupons on Saturdays. Copps and Pick N Save stores are doubling coupons on Saturdays through the end of June 2010.

$25 threshold. Roundy’s formal corporate policy is that the sale price value of the groceries in your transaction must be at least $25 for your coupons to be eligible for doubling. However, the registers are currently programmed (as of March 18, 2010) to double coupons when the shelf price (the highest price listed on the shelf tag, which is usually the full, pre-sale price) before coupons is $25. If you plan your transactions using the shelf price versus the sale price, you do so at your own risk that the registers have been modified to align with their formal corporate policy.

Only five. Up to 5 manufacturer’s coupons can be doubled per transaction.

It’s automatic. The registers automatically double the face value of the first five eligible coupons scanned if your groceries meet the $25 threshold. All that to say, the cashier does not push a button or manually “approve” you to have doubled coupons. The register just does it.

The first five. The first 5 eligible coupons scanned will double – that means you should hand the clerk your 5 highest value coupons first.

Up to $1. Only coupons valued at less or equal to $1 off will be doubled.

Exceptions. “Buy one, get one free” and “try me free” coupons are not eligible for doubling.

Coupons that say “Do Not Double.” Some manufacturer-issued coupons say “do not double” on them. Roundy’s formal policy is that they will not double these. Before I realized this was part of their formal policy I asked specifically about these coupons at my local Rainbow Foods. I was told that the store where I shop will allow these coupons to double if they double automatically when scanned. Note: I cannot tell which coupons have the “do not double” wording on them when I put together the weekly shopping list, so you will need to check them yourself.

Transactions. Roundy’s official policy is that customers are encouraged to make one transaction to double their coupons, but again, this will vary from store to store. Most shoppers at Roundy’s stores will find that they are allowed to make more than one transaction.

To back up our claim of Everyday Low Prices, we offer to price match items of local retail competitors. This guarantee states that if a Customer finds a lower price from a legitimate retailer on any identical item that they have purchased from PetSmart, we will price match the competitor's retail price at the PetSmart retail store. This guarantee gives our claim of Everyday Low Prices its credibility and is a vital part of our total company image.

We accept Manufacturer, PetSmart, and Competitor coupons. We also accept coupons downloaded from the internet as long as they scan through the register. We do not take coupons for competitor services or live pets.

Superstore Coupon Policy
Update: June 2011

(includes All Superstore, Extra Foods, RCWC, Zehrs, LSL, ONSS, LQL, Provigo, Maxi, Maxi &Cie, RASS, Dominion, Save Easy)

This policy should be located at Customer Service and on the Coupon Zone Boards in the stores. IF it is not, it is because the managers or front end managers have not printed it yet according to the direction of the email.

This was sent to All Superstore, Extra Foods, RCWC, Zehrs, LSL, ONSS, LQL, Provigo, Maxi, Maxi &Cie, RASS, Dominion, Save Easy stores.

1.0 Policy
Coupon zone coupons, LCL flyer coupons, LCL website coupons and President’s Choice Financial® coupons are all gladly accepted according the terms and conditions printed on the coupon. Manufacture coupons are accepted for in store purchased items according to the guidelines listed in section 2.0.

2.0 Guidelines

2.1 - The item being purchased must conform to the product details on the coupon including size, brand, quantity, co-purchased item etc.
2.2 - Only Canadian coupons are accepted.
2.3 - The expiry date must be valid.
2.4 - The coupon must be presented at time of purchase.
2.5 - A coupon cannot be redeemed against the “free” item in any offer where the customer buys more than one item to get one or more item for free (BOGO deals). Eg. Buy one bag of chips, get a second bag of chips free – a single coupon can be applied to the purchase of the two bags.
2.6 - Coupons have no cash value.
2.7 - If the coupon value exceeds the retail value of an item, the coupon value will be reduced to reflect the retail of the item.
2.8 - All sales taxes are paid by the customer at the retail value of the product. Refer to 2.9 to see Free Item guideline.
2.9 - The value of a coupon that offers a product for free will include the amount of any applicable taxes.
2.10 - Home printed coupons from emails or websites are accepted in black/white or colour. Manufacture coupons must have a valid manufacture address on the printed coupon, expiration date and be completely legible.
2.11 - Photocopies are not accepted.
2.12 - Coupons are void if they appear distorted or blurry.
2.13 - One coupon only per item purchased may be redeemed during each store visit, even if a limit statement is not included on the coupon. Coupon stacking is not allowed.
2.14 - The Store Management reserves the right to restrict individual item purchase quantities to reasonable family limits.

3.0 General Information

3.1 - Each coupon will be reviewed to ensure it complies with the details of the section 2.0 Guidelines. We appreciate your patience during this validation process.
3.2 - Customers with excessive amounts of coupons in a single order may be asked to relocate to complete their order as a courtesy to our other Customers.
3.3 - We may change this policy without notice at any time.
3.4 - All coupon redemptions are subject to the policy in effect at time of redemption.
3.5 - Competitor’s coupons are not accepted.

HBC Coupon Policy
Update: May 2011

(Includes The Hudson's Bay Company, Zellers, the Bay, Home Outfitters, Fields)

Please be advised that our stores will accept manufacturer’s coupons provided that they contain a barcode and the terms and conditions which are fully legible.

♦ We will also accept on-line manufacturer’s coupons but only those from the vendor’s website. In case you find it difficult to print the coupon from the Internet then please note that the coupon can be printed via the print button underneath the coupon page, or alternatively using the PDF version (again, available through a button underneath the page).

♦ Please be advised that it suffices to print the initial email as well, if the actual coupon cannot be printed. You can print the email itself and show this when you are ready to purchase. Now we are working towards a solution that allows customers to just show the emails from their Smart phone at the counter.

♦ The value of the coupon must not exceed the current retail price of the item being purchased.

♦ If the coupon states that it is only one per purchase, then you may only use one coupon per purchase.

♦ If the coupon indicates, one per item, then you may use more than one coupon per purchase but only one per item.

♦ If a coupon value is higher than the cost of an item, then you may not be able to use that coupon to purchase that particular item.

Our price match policy states that if you find a lower, current local Canadian retail store advertised price on any item HBC has in stock, bring in the ad and we will gladly match their price. Price match is available with proof of current local advertised retail price or in stock identical items. Percentage off offers, clearance offers, coupons,

Rebates, Internet pricing or misprints do not apply. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
