Buddy (Bichon Frise, almost 12y old, 12 lbs) is our dog product reviewer and his first review was a furrme.com Kashwére sweater. Because Buddy has hair instead of fur, he does need a sweater when it's chilly outside, so this sweater will be a great addition to his wardrobe.

The furr me! Camel/Black Leopard hoodie we received was so-o soft. Soft Kashwére yarns makes it such a cuddly sweater, and Buddy looks so warm and cozy. The stretch and softness are incredible.

Kashwére lifestyle dog accessories are created from the same sumptuous yarns that were used to make the people robe that Oprah told the world, on her 2005 Favorites Show, was HER favorite. I agree, I wouldn't mind a cosy Kashwére sweater for myself.

This sweater is very easy to care for, just as promised. After we tried out the sweater, I simply popped it in the washer and dryer - warm wash, hot dryer. It washed up beautifully, and did not shrink!

So Buddy wasn't the most willing reviewer today - he was obviously thinking, "what are you putting on me now??"

Although they sent us a size large, as requested, and Buddy weighs 12 lbs - it was a bit too big for him. The furr me! sweater did cover him nicely on his back, I really liked how it looked.

But he couldn't wear this size to go out to pee, without peeing on his nice new sweater. So I think that the sweaters might run a bit big.

We took the sweater over to Buddy's dog friend, Spike (Shitzu/Lhasa Apso, almost 3y old, 20lbs), and had him try on the sweater as well. Since Spike is a bigger and longer dog, the furr me! sweater fit him much better.

We tried the hoody on Buddy, but as you can see he was not impressed! LOL

Spike didn't like the hoody either.

That's OK, they both looked very jaunty with the hoody on their back.
