These samples really do come - I have gotten quite a few mailings from them over the past year. All you have to do is answer a short survey about what products you regularly use, and based on your answers, they will send you products to try.
I haven't been able to get in yet this morning, but keep trying. They are experiencing an overwhelming response!

NOTE: I find when I mark that I mostly buy store brands (which I do) I get the most samples. Rob gave brand names when he filled it out and only got one sample.
