I am diabetic and I get yeast infections at the drop of a hat! I have to eat yogurt every day to keep myself on track, but yogurt frequently gives me horrible acid reflux,I prefer a suppliment.

I'm trying to do everything I can to get and stay healthy, all my research indicates that Probiotics offer great health benefits.
I saw this on a winprizes blog.
I learned a very hard way that I needed probiotics. I was sick with indigestion problems for 8 months and the doctors couldn't figure it out. Finally a local doctor said I needed probiotics and that helped immensely.
I have to usually try different brands because some work better than others for me.
I have recently heard of RepHresh and have been very interested in trying it.
I didn't need probiotics my whole life until I was 51. Now I have to use them all the time.
I would like to try this because over the last 3 years I have yo-yo'ed from YI to BV. Back and forward... to the point where I questioned my husband and he got tested for everything and so did I and... nothing. pH has to be off. I've been suffering from yeast problems for three months straight now and just learned today that all of the treatment has virtually wiped out my good probiotics!
