Lila had a camping night indoors with her little ones, complete with fake s’mores and songs around their “campfire.” It all started with her daughter insisting they needed a tent (a few chairs and a blanket did the trick). Before long, the kids were roasting pretend marshmallows and telling the most outrageous “campfire” stories—one involved a heroic squirrel and a dragon!
Even though they never left the living room, it felt like an adventure. It’s amazing how kids turn the simplest things into big memories. Have you ever done an at-home campout? What’s a must-have for your indoor camping setup?
