You do need to choose your neighborhood store to participate in this Holiday Phone Call. Calls will be delivered to the recipient from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. You can send up to 10 messages to the same recipient for the duration of the program.
This is a free service offered to your neighbourhood store customers (recipient may be charged normal cell phone fees).
