Trina of AstoriaMills.ca came to the group with some pizza and sandwiches made from her new gluten-free baking mix, being launched this week.
Being used to gluten-free products that taste horrible and heavy, I was very reluctant to try her products as they were passed around. But Trina convinced me to at least try the tiny sandwich, and it was absolutely the best tasting, lightest bread I had ever eaten, even before I went gluten-free! I loved it so much, I was wishing I could have another piece, but both the sandwiches and the bread got eaten up rapidly, not a crumb left!
